We began with an idea to fill a need in the decorated apparel industry: the need for quality equipment that’s both reliable and affordable.
To better serve our customers abroad, we teamed up with the strongest regional distributors worldwide. Now, Ricoma products and services
are being distributed in over 160 countries – and our network is still expanding.

I have owned single needle embroidery machines for over 20 years, and I must say that the Ricoma was a very steep learning curve for me initially. Move forward a few months though, I am very happy with the speed of operation and quality of the items that I am producing. The online Ricoma videos are helpful and I did use them quite frequently.
