Great plate press.

I got this press last weekend. I had some issues at first. I had to drill holes to get the smaller puck onto the machine. The sensor was about a quarter of an inch away, so it wouldn't lock down. And it took five to ten minutes for it to reheat after pressing. I called customer support. They got me up and running in no time. I think his name was Manuel, he showed me threw a video call how to reset the settings on the machine so it would reheat faster. Now it reheats in seconds. Just did my first plate, I didn't have it centered correctly but I will get it. The print came out great! Really shows off my Epson F570 printer. Ricoma gets an A+
